1.Download the factory recovery tool – Mac version
After decompression, enter the directory robot-tools-mac-v3
3.Connect the computer to the robot via USB
4.Execute the following instructions on the command line, to perform a factory reset, and the robot will automatically enter a restart state
sh restore_factory.sh
Note: If the robot has not been restarted, you can re execute on the command line.
At this point, the robot will restart and display the message “Clearing” as shown in the following picture. Wait for the startup to enter the distribution network interface, and then restart the distribution network.
