LeTianPai App is a product provided by LeTianPai for you to prompt mobile phone related information on smart devices. LeTianPai desktop robot and Rux The Robot is an electronic pet robot that can walk freely on the desktop provided by LeTianPai.

Information we collect and how we use it

1. Types of information collected

In order to provide you with our services, we will ask you to provide the personal information necessary to provide you with services. If you do not provide personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our products or services.

We collect the following types of information (whether or not it is personal information):

1.1 Binding of robot devices

In order to support you to bind the robot device with the mobile application and use it normally, we will collect your account information, the identification information of the robot device (device serial number SN, MAC address, Bluetooth address), the robot model, and system version number. Identification information of mobile devices (IMEI number, IMSI, MAC address, MEID, Android ID, device hardware serial number, SIM card identification after hash algorithm encryption), mobile phone model, system version number.

1.2 Message reminder function

If you enable the message reminder function, the push messages on your phone will be pushed to the robot at the same time. Please rest assured that we will not read your notification messages, and your notification messages will only be used to display on the robot. Your notification messages will not be saved. You can manage the synchronous push settings on the app. In order to achieve this feature, we will need to obtain your right to open notifications and the installation list of software applications for reading notification messages and displaying them.

1.3 Call reminder function

When you turn on the phone reminder function in the application, the robot can display the caller number and contact name of the connected mobile phone and make a reminder. Please rest assured that your caller numbers and contacts will only be displayed on the robot, and your caller numbers will not be stored on the device and will not be uploaded to the cloud. In order to achieve this function, we need to collect call records of your calls and connections. The app will sync the caller number and contact name to your watch device for display. Your call history information for incoming and outgoing calls will be saved on the robotic device and will not be uploaded to the cloud.

1.4 Photo and Gallery functions

When you use the camera function in the robot, the robot will take a photo for you, which will be stored in the cloud and sent to the phone for display. Please rest assured that your photo information is encrypted and stored in the cloud. If you want to delete it, please restore the robot to its factory settings.

2. How personal information will be used

The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products or services and to ensure that we comply with applicable laws. You hereby consent to our processing of personal information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and the disclosure of personal information to our affiliates (which involve communications, social media, technology and cloud businesses), third party service providers.

4. Cancellation of Service or Account

If you want to cancel the products or services of Optimist, you can click the mailbox in [Settings] – [Privacy Policy] < https://www.letianpai.com/privacy> and contact us to cancel your account. Since the operation of canceling the account of Optimist will prevent you from using all products and services of Optimist, please operate with caution. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you or others, we will judge whether your cancellation request is supported based on your use of Optimist’s products and services.

Juvenile Information Protection

We take the protection of Juvenile personal information very seriously. We believe that it is the responsibility of parents to monitor their children’s use of our products and services. However, our policy does not require access to personal information of minors or the sending of any promotional materials to such groups.

Renhejia does not seek or attempt to seek to receive any personal information from minors. If a parent or guardian has reason to believe that Juvenile has submitted personal information to Renhejia without their prior consent, please contact us to ensure that such personal information is deleted and that Juvenile unsubscribes from any applicable Renhejia services.

Updates to Privacy Policy
