Refund Policy

Once your order is shipped from LeTianPai, refunds will no longer be possible. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.

Conditions:

  • Once an order is shipped, refund requests for any reason will not be accepted.
  • If there are manufacturing defects or faults caused by quality issues in the product, customers need to contact LeTianPai for verification. Once LeTianPai confirms that the issue is valid, the corresponding after-sales process will be initiated.
  • If the delivery address is incorrect and the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to process a return or refund.
  • Returns may be rejected if the items do not meet the above requirements.

Quality Issue Handling Process:

  1. If a customer identifies a quality issue with the product, they should contact LeTianPai through a submission form, providing the order number, name, and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. LeTianPai will review the information provided by the customer and decide whether the issue is indeed a quality-related problem.
  3. Once a quality issue is confirmed, LeTianPai will provide the appropriate after-sales support, which may include product replacement, repair, or a refund, as applicable.

How to Return My Order?

  • Due to the updated policy, once an order is shipped, you will not be able to return the order. Returns will only be initiated after LeTianPai confirms a product quality issue.

Refund Timing:

  • As refunds are not supported once an order is shipped, there will be no refund process. Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after LeTianPai confirms a quality issue, depending on the specific situation.
