Note:

Please double check that the shipping address is correct with the exact door/unit number before placing your order. Once the package ships out, we are unable to modify the address. Any additional shipping fees incurred will need to be covered by you, and delivery may be delayed. If the address is incorrect and the order has already shipped, we will not be able to process a return or refund.

Your order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4 pm EST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm EST are processed the next business day. 

Stock items ship out within 7 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Large quantity purchases may add 3-5 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed.

Packaging: Standard cardboard packaging is adopted for shipping the products.

Various package service couriers are used by LeTianPai. We will choose the most suitable shipping couriers for you based on your region.

LeTianPai is not held responsible for any delays that couriers may incur due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.

LeTianPai is not held responsible for any delays couriers may incur due to incomplete address information, or wrong address information provided by the customer.

All packages are insured when they leave LeTianPai warehouses. We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs if the actual shipping cost is higher than the originally calculated shipping cost due to package weight. LeTianPai is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.

Tracking Number：

Note: Normally, we ship out the order within 7 days after payment. There will be a tracking number after we ship the order, the tracking number will be updated on the website, and you can also log in to your account to view the tracking number.
